How should we prepare the property?
Have it exactly as a guest would receive it. Beds made, surfaces clear, lights working, everything in its place. I don't bring props or styling pieces. If it isn't in the photos, it isn't in the room, and guests notice the difference the moment they walk in. I'll work with what's originally there.
02.
Where are you based, and do you travel?
Swakopmund, and I shoot across Namibia. Travel is quoted per project and included in your original quote, so it's never added afterwards. For anything more than a few hours out, I'll usually build the shoot around staying over.
03.
When will we get our photos?
One to three weeks, depending on the size of the property and how many final images were quoted. Self-catering listings come back faster than a full lodge. Every frame is edited individually rather than batched, which is the reason for the wait and the reason they look consistent.
04.
How many images will we get?
Between 25 for a self-catering listing and a 100+ for a full lodge day, agreed before the shoot rather than guessed afterwards. All are fully edited and sized for your website, Airbnb, Booking.com and socials.
